-Nuk ploteson kerkesen e percaktuar sipas pikes 1 b, te Kriteret e Vecanta per Kualifikim per Lotin 2, te Shtojces 8, te Dokumentave Standarte te Tenderit, pasi Formulari i Sigurimit te Ofertes nuk ploteson kushtin e periudhes se vlefshmerise prej 150 (njeqind e pesedhjete) dite, sic eshte percaktuar ne Dokumentat Standarte te Tenderit.
2. GRAMA shpk, per arsye:
- Nuk ploteson kerkesen e percaktuar sipas pikes 1 b, te Kriteret e Vecanta per Kualifikim per Lotin 2, te Shtojces 8, te Dokumentave Standarte te Tenderit, pasi Formulari i Sigurimit te Ofertes nuk ploteson kushtin e vleres se siguruar prej 16,216 (gjashtembedhjetemije e dyqind e gjashtembedhjete) leke, sic eshte percaktuar ne Dokumentat Standarte te Tenderit.
