Eshte skualifikuar operatori ekonomik i meposhtem:
- “Alben 2 Security” shpk, per arsye:
Ofertuesi nuk plotëson kriterin e vendosur ne Dokumentat e tenderit, shtojca 7, Aftësitë teknike dhe profesionale, pika 2.2.2 dhe 2.2.3 ku eshte percaktuar shprehimisht se:
“2.2.2 Operatori ekonomik duhet te dorezoje skedat teknike per te gjitha mallrat e kerkuara, te cilat duhet te perputhen me pershkrimin e bere ne specifikimet teknike.
Ne rast se dokumentet e mesiperme jane në gjuhë të huaj ato duhet të shoqërohen me një përkthim të noterizuar në gjuhën shqipe.
2.2.3 Operatori duhet te paraqese nga nje moster te materialeve te meposhtme te cilat duhet te jene sipas disa specifikimeve teknike.
Mostrat duhet te dorezohen ne Bashkine Korce,ne zyren e protokoll-arkivit,brenda afatit te caktuar ne dokumentat e tenderit per hapjen e ofertave. Mos dorezimi i mostrave brenda ketij afati do te sjelle skualifikimin e operatorit pjesemarres.”
