1.“BEQIRI” shpk,per aryse:
•Nuk ploteson piken 2.3.7 ne Dst, mbi certifikatat ISO, pasi nga verifikimi i certifikatave te paraqitura, ka rezultuar se ato jane te pavlefshme.
2. “L.T.E CONSTRUCTION” shpk, per arsye:
•Nuk ploteson piken 2.3.4 ne Dst, mbi disponimin e punonjesve te specializuar/kualifikuar pasi nuk keni deklaruar asnje punonjes te tille ne stafin tuaj (specialist, punetore, shofer dhe manovrator)
•Nuk ploteson piken 2.3.6 mbi disponimin e mjeteve te nevojshme per realizimin e kontrates pasi mungojne:
-Mjet tip minifadrome
-Kamion me aftesi mbajtese mbi/ose 20 ton dispononi vetem 1 (nje) kamion nga 4 (kater) cope te kerkuar ne DST
3. “ASI-2A CO” shpk, per arsye:
• Nuk ploteson piken 2.3.1 ku operatori duhet te paraqese deshmi per pervojen e meparshme te ngjashme pasi bazuar ne kategorine dhe % e punimeve te preventivit qe ka marre persiper te realizoje secili operator i bashkimit ekonomik, Shoqeria ASI-2A CO nuk permbush kriterin e punes se ngjashme.

• Ne formularin permbledhes te vetedeklarimit sipas shtojces 8, pjesa II.B.6,7 mbi deklaratat per oferte te pavaruar nuk jane plotesuar sakte nga operatori “Ina” shpk dhe “2N” shpk.
