1.BOE NDREGJONI shpk dhe UDHA shpk, per arsye:
a) Nuk eshte paraqitur i gjithe dokumentacioni i plote dhe i sakte per te deshmuar plotesimin e te gjithe kerkesave per kualifikim sic kerkohen ne DST. Konkretisht:
-Nuk ka plotesuar sakte sigurimin e ofertes.
-Nuk ka paraqitur Leje Mjedisi tipi III.1.B Menaxhim i Mbetjeve per aktivitetin ID 5.6 pika b.
2. SHENDELLI shpk, per arsye:
a)Nuk eshte paraqitur i gjithe dokumentacioni i plote dhe i sakte per te deshmuar plotesimin e te gjithe kerkesave per kualifikim sic kerkohen ne DST. Konkretisht:
-Operatori ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur sigurimin e ofertes.
b) Nuk ka paraqitur Shtojcen nr. 8, Formularin e Vetedeklarimit.
c) Nuk ka paraqitur bilancet vjetore, per vitet financiare 2019, 2020, 2021, te shoqeruara me Akt Ekspertizen e Ekspertit Kontabel te Autorizuar, sipas pikes 2.2.2 te DST.
d) Nuk ka paraqitur Leje Mjedisi tipi III.1.B Menaxhim i Mbetjeve per aktivitetin ID 5.6 pika b.
e) Nuk ka paraqitur grafikun e punimeve
f) Nuk ka paraqitur pune te ngjashme te kerkuara nga AK, pasi operatori ka paraqitur pune te ngjashme por qe shuma apo vlera monetare totale e puneve te kryera, e marre se bashku gjate pese viteve te fundit, eshte me e vogel se dyfishi i vleres limit te kontrates qe prokurohet.
3.VALONA KONSTRUKSION shpk, per arsye:
