Ne baze te kontrollit te ushtruar nga KLSH dhe raportit perfundimtar rezulton se operatori Manes/S eshte debitor per punime te pakryera dhe per penalitete te moszbatimit te afateve te kontrates me objekt “Rikonstruksion i qendres Konispol” - Manovratoret nuk jane te pajisur me leje manovrimi. Vetem dy jane te pajisur nga tre te kerkuar. |
