-KVO pasi verifikoi dokumentacionin e paraqitur nga OE ”SPARKLE 32” SHPK per te permbushur piken 2.3.2 te DST, ku; “Operatori ekonomik duhet te paraqese Certefikaten ose librezen e mjetit, foto te eskavatorit dhe te kovave te cilat duhet te jene ne perputhje me specifikimet teknike te kerkuara dhe me pershkrimin e karakteristikave teknike te mjetit qe ofron, konstatoi se; karakteristikat e eskavatorit te paraqitur ne SPE nga OE ”SPARKLE 32” SHPK nuk jane ne perputhje me specifikimet teknike te kerkuara dhe me pershkrimin e karakteristikave teknike te mjetit qe kerkohet nga AK Bashkia DEVOLL. |
