Ka pasur ankesa nga “Alba Light” SHPK, objekti i ankesës lidhet me
vendimmarrjen e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave mbi skualifikimin e ofertës të paraqitur.
Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem:
1. ALBA LIGHT shpk, per arsye:
-Nuk ploteson kriteret pergjithshme dhe te veçanta te kualifikimit te kerkuara ne DST
- nuk permbush kriteret e vendosura nespecifikimet teknike per ndriçuesin Ndriçues LED34S/840 PSU tavanor60x60cm jetegjatesia e te cilit rezulton 30,000 ore pune nderkohe ne e kemi kerkuar minimumi 50,000 ore pune.
2. SARK shpk, per arsye:
-Nuk ploteson kriteret pergjithshme dhe te veçanta te kualifikimit te kerkuara ne DST
- nuk ka paraqitur te perkthyer katalogun perkates te ndricuesave, sipas pikes 2.3.3 .
3. MIFEEL shpk, per arsye:
-Nuk ploteson kriteret pergjithshme dhe te veçanta te kualifikimit te kerkuara ne DST
- nuk ka paraqitur mostra per secilin mall te kerkuar nga autoriteti kontraktor sipas pikes 2.3.4 ne dokumentat standarte te tenderit.
- Autorizimi i paraqitur per mallrat e kerkuar nga autoriteti kontraktor rezulton i paperkthyer
4. OperatoriIGROUP shpk, per arsye:
-Nuk ploteson kriteret pergjithshme dhe te veçanta te kualifikimit te kerkuara ne DST
- nuk ka paraqitur certifikaten e prodhimit Europian per ndricuesat sipas pikes 2.3.2 ne dokumentat standarte te tenderit.
