KOLOSEU sh.p.k, per arsye: -Nuk ploteson piken 2.1 germa b Kriteret e veçanta te kualifikimit, pasi nuk ka parqaitur formularin e sigurimit te ofertes -Nuk ploteson piken 2.3 Kapaciteti teknik per pune te ngjashme -Nuk ploteson kriterin 2.3.3 germa a dhe f Stafi dhe punonjesit. -Ne lsite pagesat e shoqerise mungon listpagese e muajit shtator per te gjithe punonjesit -Ne listpagesat e shoqerise rezulton se operatori ekonomik nuk ploteson numrin e punonjesve te kerkuar ne DST, prej 31 (tridhjete e nje) punonjes 2. ASI 2A CO sh.p.k, per arsye: -nuk ka paraqitur Formularin vetedeklarimit sipas shtojces 8, sic eshte specifikuar ne ne DST. -Nuk ploteson 2.3 Kapaciteti teknik piken 2.3.1 Pune te ngjashme .Pasi, nuk mund te konsiderohen si kontrata te ngjashme pasi nuk permbushin karakteristikat e kontrates.
