-Dokumentacion i paraqitur eshte ne kundershtim me kriterin e vecante te kualifikimit sipas pikes 2.3.2 te DST se, pasi nuk ka paraqitur skeda teknike dhe formati i paraqitur me emërimin Skeda teknike per mjetin eshte formati i specifikimeve teknike teAutoritetit Kontraktor sipas shtojces 5, nuk ka asnje pershkrim te karakteristikave teknike dhe te te dhenave në lidhje me marken dhe vendin e origjines etj, te cilat duhet te jene ne perputhje me specifikimet teknike te kerkuara nga Autoriteti Kontraktor.
-Ne Formularin e Ofertes ekziston mosperputhje ndermjet fjaleve dhe shifrave, mbizoteron shuma ne fjale.
2. TIMAC SHPK SHPK, per arsye:
-Ka paraqitur ne SPE bilance te pashoqeruar me raportet e auditimin ligjor te kryer nga eksperti kontabel nuk ka permbushur kriterin e veçante te kualifikimit parashikuar ne DST 2.KRITERET E VECANTA TE KUALIFIKIMIT, 2.2 Kapaciteti ekonomik dhe finaciar, pika 2.2.1
-Ne formularin e vetedeklarimit ka pasaktesi ne deklarimin e personit ne cilesine e Administratorit pasi nga ana e operatorit eshte vetedeklaruar Znj. E.P. nderkohe qe rubbrikat jane neshkruar dhe vulosur nga Znj A.P.
