Eshte skualifikuar operatori ekonomik i meposhtem: - “ASI-2A CO” shpk , per arsye: - nuk ka dorëzuar dokumentacionin e paraqitur në SPE, brenda afatit kohor të përcaktuar 5 (pesë) ditë pune nga AK, nga marrja e njoftimit si OE i kualifikuar me date 16.01.2023 , kjo ne respektim të Ligjit nr. 162/2020 “Për prokurimin publik” si edhe VKM me nr. 285 date 19.05.2021” Per miratimin e Rregullave te Prokurimit Publik”, i ndryshuar, neni 26, pika 6. Ne kete menyre , eshte vijuar me njoftimin OE te renditur i dyti ne klasifikim , dhe KVO ka vendosur skulifikimin e OE te renditur i pari per mosdorezimin e dokumentacionit ne forme origjinale ose kopje te noterizuar ne AK. |
