-Nuk poteson piken 4 te kapacitetit teknik, pasi stafi inxhinierk dhe teknik rezulton i angazhuar ne proceduren me objekt Ndertimi i infrastruktures lidhese me autostraden Tirane Elbasan per te cilin eshte shpallur fitues nga Autoriteti Kontraktor, Bashkia Tirane.
-Nuk poteson piken 13 te kapacitetit teknik, pasi mjetet rezultojne te angazhuara ne proceduren me objekt Ndertimi i infrastruktures lidhese me autostraden Tirane Elbasan per te cilin eshte shpallur fitues nga Autoriteti Kontraktor, Bashkia Tirane
3.BOE LIS CONSTRUCTION (EURO-ALB) shpk & LLAZO shpk & VIANTE KONSTRUKSION shpk, per arsye:
-Nuk ploteson piken 3 te kapacitetit teknik, pasi ka paraqitur deklaraten per Drejtuesin Teknik te punimeve ne objekt me inicialet B.M me profesion Inxhinier Gjeodet,
-LLAZO shpk nuk ploteson piken 3 te kapacitetit teknik ka paraqitur deklaraten per Drejtuesin Teknik te punimeve ne objekt me inicialet A.LL por nga verifikimi i licenses se zbatimit te punimeve rezulton vetem si drejtues ligjor dhe jo drejtues teknik.

-Nuk ploteson piken 8 8.2, te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit, Kapaciteti Teknik,pasi nga verifikimi ne sistemin elektronik te prokurimit rezulton se operatori ekonomik CURRI shpk, nuk ka deklaraur per punonjesit manovratore nuk ka deklaruar afatin e vlefshmerise se deshmise se aftesise profesionale. |
