-Nuk permbush piken 4 te kapacitetit teknik, pasi nuk ka deklaruar punonjesin sipas profilit te kerkuar ne DST.
-Nuk ploteson piken 5 te kapacitetetit teknik, pasi nuk ka deklaruar asnje punonjes i pajisur me certifikate si Pergjegjes per sigurine dhe mbrojtjen e shendetit ne pune.
-Nuk ploteson piken 5 te kapacitetetit teknik, pasi Tesla Vizion nuk ka deklaruar asnje punonjes i pajisur me certifikate Ekspert per ndihmen e pare dhe nderhyrjen ndaj emergjencave.
-Nuk ploteson kerkesen e kritereve te pergjithshme te kualifikimit, pasi ne aktmarreveshjen e bashkepunimit nuk eshte percaktuar perqindja e pjesemarrjes ne bashkepunim per secilin operator
