    2. DAAM dhe NET-GROUP, per arsye:
    -Ka paraqitur oferte ekonomike nën vlerën minimale të përllogaritur nga Autoriteti Kontraktor.

    3. PROJECT DALUZ 2019 dhe M.A.K STUDIO, per arsye:
    -Nuk permbush piken 2.1.a te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit, pasi operatori ekonomik M.A.K STUDIO nuk ka paraqitur Formularin Permbledhes te Vetedeklarimit, sipas Shtojces 9.
    -PROJECT DALUZ 2019, ne Formularin Permbledhes te Vetedeklarimit te paraqitur, nuk ka vetedeklaruar Bashkimin e Operatoreve ekonomik.
    -Nuk permbush piken 2.2.b te Kapacitetit Ekonomik dhe Financiar, pasi PROJECT DALUZ 2019 nuk ka paraqitur bilancin vjetor per vitin financiar 2021.

    -Nuk permbush piken 2.3.3 te Kapacitetit Teknik, pasi asnje nga operatoret ekonomik pjese e BOE nuk ka vetedeklaruar inxhiner gjeolog dhe inxhinier mjedisi.
    -Nuk permbush piken 2.3.4 te Kapacitetit Teknik, pasi asnje nga operatoret ekonomik pjese e BOE nuk ka vetedeklaruar, inspektor te sigurimit dhe shendetit ne pune, inxhinier gjeoteknik dhe inxhinier topograf.
    -Ka paraqitur oferte ekonomike nën vlerën minimale të përllogaritur nga Autoriteti Kontraktor.

    4. NOVATECH STUDIO, per arsye:
    -Nuk permbush piken 2.3.4 te Kapacitetit Teknik, pasi nuk ka vetedeklaruar inxhinier gjeoteknik
    -Ka paraqitur oferte ekonomike nën vlerën minimale të përllogaritur nga Autoriteti Kontraktor.
