Nuk ka pasur ankesa.
Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem:
1. CompiTel sh.p.k, per arsye:
-Ka paraqitur vertetimin me nr. T08567945 date 21.06.2023 Per Xhiron e Tre Viteve Te Fundit, per permbushjen e pikes 2.2.1 te shtojces nr. 7 te dokumentave standarte te tendrit, por nuk permbush 40 perqind te fondit limit
-Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion perkates per permbushjen e pikes 2.2.2 te shtojces nr. 7 te dokumentave standarte te tendrit, pasi nuk ka paraqitur bilancet vjetore 2020,2021, dhe 2022.
2. TIMAC sh.p.k, per arsye:
-Ka paraqitur kontrate me nr. 1061 date 12.05.2021, fature nr.55/2022, por nuk ka dorezuar ne SPE vertetimi i realizimit i leshuar nga autoriteti kontraktore.
-Ka paraqitur kontrate me nr. 12, me nr.shkrese 1980 8 date 14.07.2021, fature nr.04/2021, por nuk ka dorezuar ne SPE vertetimi i realizimit i leshuar nga autoriteti kontraktore.
-Ka paraqitur kontrate me nr. 522, date 13.02.2023, fature nr.31/2023, por nuk ka dorezuar ne SPE vertetimi i realizimit i leshuar nga autoriteti kontraktore.
3. Dritan Xheka, per arsye:
-Ka paraqitur certefikate te pavlefshme ISO 9001:2015.
-Ka dorezuar ne SPE bilancin e vitit 2020 fotokopje dhe nuk eshte dokument origjinal ose kopje e noterizuar.
-Ka dorezuar ne SPE bilancin e vitit 2022 te pakonfirmuar nga drejtoria rajonale e tatimeve.
-Ka paraqitur kontrate per pervoje te meparshme te ngjashme me nr. 163/12 date 04.10.2022, vertetim realizimi me nr.457 date date 13.12.2022, por nuk ka paraqitur faturen tatimore te shitjes. |
