    -Nuk permbush kerkesat e pikes 2.3.1 te DST, ku Operatori ekonomik duhet te paraqese deshmi per pervojen e meparshme te ngjashme, te kryera gjate tre viteve te fundit nga data e shpalljes se njoftimit te kontrates, ne nje vlere jo me te vogel se 20 % te vleres se fondit limit te kontrates.
    -Ka paraqitur sherbimet mallra te realizuara, por nuk jane te ngjashme me objektin e Kontrates
    -Nuk permbush kerkesat e pikes 2.3.2 te DST, pasi nuk ka paraqitur Certifikaten ISO 9001-2015 Sistemet e menaxhimit te cilesise (e vlefshme) ose ekuivalene.
    -Ka paraqitur Certifikaten ISO 9001-2015 me nr.:1710AL454Q, por eshte e pavlefshme pasi mban daten e perfundimit te certifikimit:25.05.2003

    3. Adenis Kastrati, per arsye:
    -Nuk permbush kerkesat e pikes 2.3.1 te DST, pasi nuk ka paraqitur deshmi per pervojen e meparshme te ngjashme, te kryera gjate tre viteve te fundit nga data e shpalljes se njoftimit te kontrates, ne nje vlere jo me te vogel se 20 perqind te vleres se fondit limit te kontrates.

    -Nuk permbush kerkesat e pikes 2.3.2 te DST, pasi nuk ka paraqitur Certifikaten ISO 9001-2015 Sistemet e menaxhimit te cilesise (e vlefshme) ose ekuivalene.
    -Ka paraqitur Certifikaten ISO 9001-2015, Numri I Çertifikates: SISBALQ06202012208 e qe mban daten e skadimit 23.06.2022 dhe Ricertifikimi ne:23.05.2003. (e pa vlefshme|)
