Operatori ekonomik fitues, ka bere kerkese prane Bashkise Vau Dejes, perpara perfundimit te kontrates , per shtyrje te afatit te kontrates per arsye te forces madhore, parashikuar kjo e drejte nga neni 127, pika 1/c, e Ligjit nr 162/2020, demtimi i mjetit gjate transportit prane bashkise, Vlera totale e kontratës së nënshkruar/marrëveshjes kuadër: 7.000.000 ( shtatë milion) lekë pa tvsh. Vlera e ndryshuar (nëse është rasti): Nuk ka ndryshime në vlerë. Kohëzgjatja e kontratës / Marrëveshjes Kuadër : 20 ditë kalendarike nga nënshkrimi i kontratës. Dhe afati i ri (nëse është rasti): shtyhet 45 ditë kalendarike. |
