Renting an environment to accommodate 23 motor vehicles ( out of which 5 vehicles belong to PMNZSH) included in the inventory of Lezha Municipality for a 10 months period from 01.03.2016 until 31.12.2016 - This environment has to be close to the city center, not more than 2 km away in order to facilitate intervention in due time, must have exits into its two sides and access to the main road, have at least two hydric sources inside it, stable telephone lines , space for the accommodation of the service staff working on 24 hours basis in line with criteria of this service, closed environment where the vehicles will be placed, have the necessary altitude for all types of motor vehicles including excavators with bucket cranes and have also a space of over 100 m2 , not necessarily a sole building. The functional part of the environment ( courtyard) has to insure the direct exit to the road and have a surface of at least over 1000 m2 . |
