Më datë 03.10.2023, pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, është paraqitur ankesa e operatorit ekonomik “Klame” SHPK dhe objekti i ankesës lidhet me vendimmarrjen e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave mbi kualifikimin e ofertës së paraqitur nga operatorët ekonomikë “M. Lezha” SHPK dhe operatorit ekonomik “Murati D” SHPK.
Më datë 22-11-2023, Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik, pasi shqyrtoi ankesën e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik ankimues dhe pasi diskutoi çështjen në tërësi vendosi:
1. Të pranojë pjesërisht ankesën e operatorit ekonomik “Klame” SHPK
2. Të pranojë ankesën e operatorit ekonomik “Klame” SHPK për skualifikimin e operatorëve ekonomikë ”Murati-D” SHPK e “M.Lezha” SHPK në procedurën e prokurimit.
3. Autoriteti kontraktor të anulojë vendimin e KVO-së mbi kualifikimin e operatorëve ekonomikë ”Murati-D” SHPK e “M.Lezha” SHPK dhe të korrigjojë shkeljet duke i skualifikuar këta operatorë ekonomikë. |
