administruar ankesa e bashkimit të operatorëve ekonomikë “2Z Konstruksion” SHPK & “ASI-2A CO” SHPK dhe objekti i ankesës lidhet me vendimmarrjen e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave mbi skualifikimin e ofertës të paraqitur nga bashkimi i operatorëve ekonomikë “2Z Konstruksion” SHPK & “ASI-2A CO” SHPK.
Më datë 18.09.2023 pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik dhe autoritetit kontraktor, është
administruar ankesa e operatorit ekonomik “Leon Konstruksion” SHPK dhe objekti i ankesës lidhet me vendimmarrjen e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave mbi skualifikimin e ofertës të paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “Leon Konstruksion” SHPK
Më datë 30.10.2023, Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik, pasi shqyrtoi informacionin e paraqitur vendosi:
1. Të pranojë pjesërisht ankesën e bashkimit të operatorëve ekonomikë “2Z Konstruksion” SHPK & “ASI-2A CO” SHPK
2. Të Pranojë ankesën e operatorit ekonomik “Leon Konstruksion” SHPK
3. Autoriteti kontraktorë të anulojë vendimin e KVO-së mbi skualifikimin e operatorit ekonomik “Leon Konstruksion”
