Më datë 09.11.2023 pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, është administruar ankimi
i operatorit ekonomik “Sinteza Co” SHPK dhe objekti i ankesës lidhet me vendimmarrjen e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave për kualifikimin e ofertës së paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “Rikon - Al” SHPK në procedurën e prokurimit.
Më datë 20.12.2023, Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik, pasi shqyrtoi ankesën e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik ankimues dhe pasi diskutoi çështjen në tërësi vendosi:
1. Të mos pranojë ankesën e operatorit ekonomik “Sinteza Co” SHPK
2. Autoriteti kontraktor lejohet të vijojë me hapat e mëjshme të procedurës |
