1.“ Rroku Guest” sh.p.k , per arsye:
I- inxhinieria elektrike, e punësuar në rolin e drejtuesit teknik për punimet elektrike nuk figuron ne listepagesat e shoqerise ne kundershtim me piken 2.3.3 te DST.
2-Nuk keni paraqitur vertetimin per shlyerjen e taksave lokale per Bashkine Tirane ku ju keni ushtruar aktivitet per vitin 2023.
3-Nuk keni paraqitur dokumentacion provues se dispononi Autobot uji.
2.NDERTUESI 2000”sh.p.k , pr arsye:
1-Muratori dhe Manovratori figurojne ne listepagesat e shoqerise per muajin shtator me zero dite pune ne kundershtim me kontratat individuale te punes ku figurojne me kohe te plote dhe deklarates ne formularin permbledhes te vetdeklarimit piken D: DEKLARATA “Për zbatimin e dispozitave ligjore në marrëdhëniet e punës”.
2-Per punonjesin z.P.Gjoka punonjes i punesuar ne rolin e Manovratorit (Automakinist) nuk eshte paraqitur deshmi nga Drejtoria e Sherbimit te Transportit Rrugor per Automakinist).
3-Ne DST eshte kerkuar qe shoqeria te disponoje betoniere 1-2 m3 ndersa ne faturen e deklaruar me nr.72 date 31.12.2023 betonieret jane 0.5 m3.
4-Eskavatori me goma 0.25 m3 nuk eshte mjet kantieri por eshte mjet qe leviz ne rruge dhe si i tille per te duhet te paraqiten leje qarkulimi,kontroll teknik etj.Per disponimin e ketij mjeti nuk eshte paraqitur fature tatimore ose deklarate doganore.
3.“ RSM COMPANY” , per arsye:
1.Nuk eshte ngarkuar ne SPE licencen e shoqerise.
2. Eshte gabuar volumi ne zeri nr. 3, Kap I Shtresa rrugore, transport dheu me auto. Ne preventivin tone eshte 680 m3 ndersa ju e keni sjelle 650 m3. |
