Eshte skualifikuar operatori ekonomik:
- Compitel shpk, per arsye:
- oferta ekonomike e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik kishte gabime aritmetike, pasi zeri 7.Graso per lubrifikim ka llogaritje gabim dhe oferta pas korigjimit rezultoi të ishte 1,191,700 (njëmilion njëqind e nëntedhjetë e njëmijë e shtatëqind) lekë pa tvsh. Shuma absolute e të gjitha korrigjimeve është 6,5 % e vlerës së ofertës ekonomike të ofruar.
Sa mësiper, bazuar në nenin 82 të VKM pika 3 oferta e operatrit ekonomik refuzohet pasi shuma absolute e të gjitha korrigjimeve është më shumë se 2 % e vlerës së ofertës ekonomike të ofruar nga subjekti juaj. |
