-Pasi eshte kualifikuar si i kualifikuari i pare ne kete procedure ne fazen e ofertes ekonomike , eshte njoftuar per dorezimin e dokumentacionit provues e shoqerues dhe rezulton se mbeshtetur ne shkresen date 18.9.2024 "Kerkese per terheqje procedure, citojne se: " ...kerkeses per dorezim dokumentacioni nuk do ti pergjigjemi per arsye se jemi fitues ne objektin: Rikonstruksion Kanali Vadites Vigi i Vakes, Cerrnice (faza e II-te). Mjetet edhe makinerite jane te angazhuara ne ketetender. Prandaj skualifikohet.

-Pasi eshte kuaifikuar ne fazen e ofertes ekonomike ne kete procedure dhe eshte njoftuar per dorezimin e dokumentacionit nga KVO me date 6.9.2024 rezulton se deri sot nuk ka sjelle doumentacionin provues e shoqerues te oferetes se tij ekonomike prandaj skualifikohet.
