Objekti i Ankesës: “Shfuqizim i vendimit të komisionit të vlerësimit të ofertave në lidhje me skualifikimin e operatorit ekonomik “Shëndelli” sh.p.k. nga procedura e prokurimit “Kërkesë me Propozim”, me Nr. REF-74118-03-27-2017, me objekt “Rehabilitim kanali ujitës ura Leshnicë-Cërravë” me fond limit 7,385,206 lekë pa tvsh, zhvilluar më datë 10.04.2017 nga autoritetikontraktor, Bashkia Pogradec.
KPP vendosi: Të mos pranojë ankesën e opeatorit ekonomik “Shëndelli” shpk për procedurën e prokurimitKërkesë me Propozim”, me Nr. REF-74118-03-27-2017, me objekt “Rehabilitim kanali ujitës ura Leshnicë-Cërravë” me fond limit 7,385,206 lekë pa tvsh, zhvilluar më datë 10.04.2017 nga autoriteti kontraktor Bashkia Pogradec. Jane skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. Ofertuesi BOSHNJAKU B SHPK, Skualifikohet pasi nuk ka paraqitur: - Nuk verteton se nu ka detyrime te tjera prane bashkise Pogradecsipas DST - Operatori ekonomik ka paraqitur deklaraten por mjetet e marra me qera nuk jane me destinacion per objektin qe prokurohet . - Nuk ka paraqitur makineri (per betonim monolite per kanalle vaditese) . - Nuk ka paraqitur se ka ne pronesi perdorim apo kontrate furnizimi nje nyje betoni apo nje nyje franksionim guri te miratuar nga pushteti vendor dhe te jete pjisur me dokumentacion mjedisor ne nje largesi jo me shume se 50 km nga objekti. 2. Ofertuesi Shendelli SH.P.K , skualifikohet per arsyet si me poshte: - Nuk verteton se nu ka detyrime te tjera prane bashkise Pogradecsipas DST . - Operatori ekonomik ka paraqitur deklaraten por mjetet e marra me qera nuk jane me destinacion per objektin qe prokurohet . - Nuk ka paraqitur makineri (per betonim monolite per kanalle vaditese). |
