procedurën e prokurimit “E hapur”, me Nr. REF-50351-06- 05-2025, me objekt: “Implementim
i
Software per Financen dhe Drejtorine e Taksave dhe Tarifave Vendore”, me fond limit
12,500,000.00 lekë (pa tvsh), zhvilluar në datë 24-06-2025 nga autoriteti kontraktor, Bashkia
Kavaje.
Nga shqyrtimi paraprak i ankesës të sipërcituar, u konstatua se objekti i ankesës lidhet
me vendimmarrjen e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave mbi kualifikimin e ofertës të
paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “Idealdevs Corporation” SHPK dhe mbi kualifikimin e
ofertës të paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “LACONICS” SHPK.
Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik me vendim Nr.1254 date 16.09.2025 vendosi;
- Te mos pranoje ankesen e operatorit ekonomik “DATA LOG” SHPK lidhur me proceduren e prokurimit.
- Autoritet Kontraktor te vijoje me hapat e metejshem te procedures.
