Nga pjesëmarrësit janë skualifikuar, Ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1.Aleksandër Coli L52305020A per arsye se nuk ploteson kriteret e percaktuara ne DST. 2.ALBA PALLETS & PELLETS L97619302U per arsye se nuk ploteson kriteret e percaktuara ne DST. 3.Fatjon Alcani L91311008M per arsye se nuk ploteson kriteret e percaktuara ne DST. ------------------------------------------------------------- - Brenda afatit te ankimimit në datën 27.11.2024 nëpërmjet sistemit të ankesave elektronike njëherazi pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik dhe autoritetit kontraktor, është administruar ankesa me numër ankimi elektronik A/2024/4845 dhe me nr.3510 prot., datë 02.12.2024 e operatorit ekonomik “Alcani” SHPK për procedurën e prokurimit të sipërcituar. Të pranojë pjesërisht ankesën e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “Alcani” SHPK për procedurën e prokurimit “E hapur e thjeshtuar”, me Nr. REF-25717-10-21-2024, me objekt: “Blerje pelet”, me fond limit 4,927,000.00 lekë (pa tvsh), zhvilluar me datë 01.11.2024 nga autoriteti kontraktor, Bashkia Kamez. 2. Autoriteti kontraktor të anulojë vendimin e KVO-së për kualifikimin e operatorëve ekonomikë “Woodpacker” SHPK dhe “Sulollari-Klima” SHPK dhe të korrigjojë shkeljet e konstatuara si më sipër, duke i skualifikuar këto operatorë ekonomikë. - Fitues final i kesaj procedure prokurimi eshte shpallur ALCANI SHPK. |
