ankimi elektronik A/2025/5872, datë 01.10.2025 dhe ankesa nr. 2698/1/2025 prot., datë
01.10.2025 dhe me numër ankimi elektronik A/2025/5873, datë 01.10.2025 duke kërkuar
modifikimin e dokumenteve të procedurës së prokurimit objekt - ankimi.
Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik me vendim Nr.1665 date 13.11.2025 vendosi
1. Të mbyllë çështjen, për pjesën e pranuar të ankesës së paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “Ouen”
SHPK dhe operatori ekonomik.
2. Të pranojë pjesërisht ankesën e operatorit ekonomik “Ouen” SHPK dhe operatorit ekonomik
“Almo Konstruksion” SHPK, për procedurën e mësipërme të prokurimit.
Në mbledhjen e datës 16.12.2025, mori në shqyrtim çështjen mbi zbatimin e vendimit të Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik
