1. Shoqeria “Euro Inform”sh.p.k, per arsye se: - Nuk ka paraqitur asnje nga dokumentet e kerkuara dhe as oferte ekonomike. 2. Shoqeria “Intracom -Telecom”sh.p.k, per arsye se: - Nuk ka paraqitur asnje nga dokumentet e kerkuara dhe as oferte ekonomike. 3. Bashkimi i operatoreve “Kreatx”sh.p.k dhe “Maggioli S.p.A, per arsye se: Shoqeria Maggioli s.p.a,
- a. Nuk ka paraqitur certificate PAS 99:2012 ne kundershtim me kriterin e vendosur ne dokumentet e tenderit,shtojca 7,kriteret e vecanta te kualifikimit, kapaciteti teknik pika 3. -b. Shoqeria Maggioli s.p.a nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion qe te vertetoje se ka realizuar sherbime te meparshme te ngjashme. -c.
