Ka patur ankesa nga operatoret ekonomik GRIALD dhe Shendelli. Operatori ekonomik Shendelli ka bere ankese me Nr.04 Prot., date 08.03.2017 . I eshte kthyer pergjigje nga ana jone me shkresen Nr. 1286 / 1 Prot., date 15.03.2017. Ne zbatim te vendimit te KPP Nr. 229 / 2017, derguar me shkresen Nr.229 / 1 Prot., date 14.04.2017, regjistruar me Nr.1646 Prot., date 18.04.2017 kemi bere rivleresimin e procedures. Pas ketij rivleresimi rezulton se oferta ekonomike e operatorit Shendelli eshte anomalisht e ulet, si rrjedhoje ky operator u skualifikua. Me shkresen Nr.1646 / 1 Prot., date 25.04.2017 kemi njoftuar KPP mbi ecurine e procedures se rivleresimit. Pas kesaj KPP me Vendimin Nr. 229 / 3 / 2017 ka vendosur heqjen nga pezullimi te procedures se mesiperme.
