Është skualifikuar: 1.Operatori ekonomik “A dhe T”shpk”shpk pasi nga vleresimi i dokumentacionit te paraqitur rezultoi se : Nuk keni paraqitur vertetim nga njesite vendore ku ushtroni aktivitet per shlyerjen e taksave vendore siç eshte kerkuar ne DST. Nuk ka paraqitur asnje document per 2 mjetet e transportit te karburantit siç eshte kerkuar ne DST.
2.Operatori ekonomik “Eroil”shpk pasi nga vleresimi i dokumentacionit te paraqitur rezultoi se : Licensa e QKL eshte fotokopje e pa noterizuar dhe eshte per transport nder kombetar mallrash te rrezikshem dhe jo Brenda vendit, ne kundershtim me Kriteret e Vecanta te kualifikim 2.3 kapac.teknik I op.ekonomik. MungonVertetimi per shlyerjen e taksave dhe tarifave vendore per vitin 2015-2016, ne kundershtim me Kriteret e Vecanta te kualifikim 2.1 kapac.ligjor i op.ekonomik, per adresen se kondare Ballsh.
