Brenda afateve ligjore operatori ekonomik ka ushtruar te drejten e ankimimit prane KPP. Vendim i KPP date 31.05.2017. Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm; 1. VICTORIA INVEST ”sh.p.k, Operatori nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote per te deshmuar plotesimin e pikes 2.6 te kritereve te vecanta per kualifikim. 2.
