Kontrata e furnizimit me Asfalobeton me subjektin “ALBANIAN ARTOF CONSTRUCTION”Sh.p.k me vendodhje ne Lushnje sipas QKL, lejes mjedisore nuk ploteson kriterin Fabrike Asfaltobetoni. Per Automjetin Kamion AA 391 KK nuk ka paraqitur çertifkata e konrollit teknik (kolaudimin e mjetit), si dhe per disa mjete te tjera mungojne dokumentat.
II. “GENER 2”Sh.p.k, Nuk ka paraqitur Vërtetimin që konfirmon shlyerjen e të gjitha detyrimeve të maturuara të energjisë elektrike. Nuk ka paraqitur Fabrike Asfaltbetoni. Nuk ka paraqitur Deklaratë mbi përmbushjen e Specifikimeve teknike, sipas Shtojcës 5.
