Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. EROIL SHPK, Referuar Pikes se 3 trete ,nga autoriteti kontraktor eshte kerkuar qe ne listen e stacioneve te aksit Kruje –Fushe Kruje eshte kerkuar detyrimisht qe nga 01.01.2017 e ne vazhdim te jene te pajisur me leje mjedisore tipi C, kjo leje mjedisoree e tipit C nuk eshte dorezuar nga Operatori Ekonomik,ai ka dorezuar lejen mjedisore te tipit B kerkuar ne pikat e tjera te DST. -2.Peferuar pikes 6 (gjashte) Autoriteti Kontraktor kerkon qe detyrimisht te paraqitet nje flete analize te leshuar nga ISHTI.Kjo flete analize duhet te jete dorezuar brenda 30 diteve nga data hapjes se ofertave . Ne DST kjo flete analize eshte leshuar nga ISHTI jo brenda 30 diteve nga data e hapjes se ofertave por eshte leshuar qe ne daten 17.01.2017,qe do te thote qe kane kaluar me shume se 30 dite. |
