Dokumenti qe verteton se operatori ekonomik ka shlyer detyrimet vendore leshuar nga Njesite e Qeverisjes vendore perkatese per vitin 2016. Mungojne kategorite e licensave , Ns 15 B, Ns 20 B , Np 8 B. Mungon deklarata e disponueshmerise se makinerive, sipas shtojces 9, që nevojiten për ekzekutimin e kontratës.,etj. 2.
