Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm:1. Operatori ekonomik Adem Pojani, nuk ka paraqitur në sistemin elektronik ofertën ekonomike si dhe kishte mungesë të dokumentave ligjore, administrative,kualifikuese të përcaktuara në dokumentat e tenderit.
2. Operatori ekonomik “BOSHNJAKU. B ” shpk, mungon Lista e punonjesve per muajin janar-shkurt viti 2017 e çertefikuar nga Drejtoria Vendore e Punesimit. Operatori ekonomik BOSHNJAKU. B shpk,perveç inxh.ndertimi dhe inxh.hidroteknik,për të gjithë inxhinieret e tjere inxh.elektrik; inxhinier gjeodet; inxhinier gjeolog; arkitekt; inxhinier mjedisi mungojnë çertefikatat per trajnimin si pergjegjes i sigurise ne kantjere duke mos plotesuar kerkesen e vendosur nga autoriteti kontraktor.
