Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Ka ofertues te skualifikuar 1-U skualifikua operatori ekonomik “Arifi“ shpk per keto arsye: Mungon vetëdeklarimi i subjektit, sipas Shtojcës 9 “Deklaratë mbi Gjendjen Gjyqësore”. Nuk ka leje tregtimi ose liçencë te vlefshme, per tregtim karburantesh të llojit II/A (Benzine automjetesh) dhe III/A (Gazoil,Diesel). 2.U skualifikua bashkimi i operatoreve ekonomik “Eroil” sh.a dhe ”Das Oil’ sh.p.k per keto arsye: Marreveshja e bashkimit te operatoreve mes Eroil dhe Das OIL, nuk eshte ne formen e kerkuar ligjore, duke qene se eshte e dates 21.07.2016 , jo per efekt te ketij prokurimi, dhe duke mos i percaktuar qarte dhe drejte detyrimet dhe angazhimet e paletve ne kete konkurim.
