Jane s’kualifikuar ofertuesit e meposhtem: 1. Shoqeria “A.L-ASFALT”sh.p.k, per arsye se: Nuk vertetohet qe subjekti disponon mjetin Autobetoniere mbi 2 m3 e kerkuar sipas kritereve teknike ne DST 2. Shoqeria “SHAMO-CONSTRUCTION”sh.p.k, per arsye se: Nga shqyrtimi i ofertes ekonomike te kesaj shoqerie per gabime aritmetikore, rezultoi se oferta nuk ishte e rregullt. Tek preventivi i fshatit Bulgarec zeri Hekur betoni Nr 9 ne dokumentat e tenderit sasia e kerkuar eshte 1,780 (nje mije e shtateqind e tetedhjete) nderkohe tek preventivi i ofertuar eshte 1.780 (nje pike shtatedhjet e tete) kg.Gjithashtu, preventivi i fshatit Qatrom eshte paraqitur 2 here, nga ana tjeter mungon preventivi i fshatit Vincan ne kundershtim me preventivin e publikuar ne DST |
