Bashkimi i operatoreve “ECOMEDICA&V.A.L.E Recycling” nuk plotesonte:
Tek kriteret e veçanta te kualifikimit, pika 1/ç – Vertetim qe konfirmon shlyerjen e te gjitha
detyrimeve te maturuara te energjise elektrike te kontratave te energjise qe ka operatori ekonomik
qe eshte regjistruar ne Shqiperi;
Njeri nga operatoret e Bashkimit te operatoreve, konkretisht ECOMEDICA nuk e kishte paraqitur
kete vertetim, ndersa operatori tjeter V.A.L.E Recycling ne vertetimin e paraqitur rezultonte te
kishte shlyer detyrimet deri ne Korrik (perfshire kete muaj) nderkohe qe duhet te kishte shlyer
deryrimet edhe per muajin Gusht.
Gjithashtu tek kriteret e veçanta te kualifikimit, kapaciteti ekonomik dhe financiar, pika A – Vertetim nga
Dega e Tatim Taksave per xhiron mesatare gjate tre viteve te fundit me nje vlere sa vlera e fondit
limit;
Njeri nga operatoret e Bashkimit te operatoreve, konkretisht ECOMEDICA nuk e kishte paraqitur
kete vertetim |
