a) Operatori ekonomik Malbertex shpk nuk ka paraqitur skedat teknike për mallrat e ofruara.
b) Operatori ekonomik Malbertex shpk nuk ka paraqitur autorizim prodhuesi ose distributori zyrtar për të gjitha produktet e ofruara por vetëm për një pjesë të tyre.
c) Nuk ka paraqitur çertifikatën ISO 9001:2008 të prodhuesit për të gjitha produktet e ofruara por vetëm për një pjesë të tyre.
d) Operatori ekonomik Malbertex shpk nuk ka paraqitur në mostrat e dorëzuara ditën e hapjes së tenderit produktin me nr.5 të përcaktuar në Tabelën e Shtojcës 10 “Maskë për punonjësit e DDD dhe Filtra” dhe një pjesë e produkteve të paraqitura nuk kishin të stampuar ose të etiketuar prodhuesin.
