Ka pasur ankesa. Kanë marrë përgjigje në autoritetin kontraktor: me vendimin e KSHA-së me nr.4631/4 prot., datë 05.10.2020 dhe me nr. 4701/3 prot, datë 07.10.2020. Kanë marrë përgjigje në Komisionin e Prokurimit Publik: me vendimin e KPP-së me nr. 522/2020 datë 19.11.2020. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. BEAN SHPK, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka arritur të paraqesë dokumentacion të plotë dhe të saktë për të dëshmuar plotësimin e shtojcës 8 të DST. Formulari 8, nuk është plotësuar sipas detyrimeve ligjore që rrjedhin nga neni 45, ligji nr.9643 “Për prokurimin publik”, pasi nuk është deklaruar ortaku z.Arben Sadushi, i cili zotëron 100% të aksioneve. 2. INFINIT SHPK & INERTI SHPK, për këto arsye: - Nuk e ka paraqitur në dokumentacion Ing.Mekanik të përcaktuar sipas pikës 2.3.4 të DST e ndryshuar sipas shtojcës nr.1. - Nuk ka arritur te paraqesë dokumentacion të plotë dhe të saktë për të dëshmuar plotësimin e Kapacitetit Teknik tek Kriteret e Veçanta për Kualifikim (manovratorët). Në dokumentacionin e paraqitur nga B.O.E, janë deklaruar vetëm 3 manovratorë nga 5 të kërkuar sipas pikës 2.3.4 të DST e cila është ndryshuar sipas shtojcës nr.1. |
