Ku ne te cilen perfshihet vetem transportim te mbetjeve inerte, dhe ne piken e dst eshte kerkuar licence për stacion transferim e mbetjeve jo te rrezikshme, domethene qe ne akt miratimin me nr. 8236 date 26.09.2019 qe eshte ngarkuar nga opertori shehu shpk eshte e cituar: ne piken 4 ,kushtet e licences qe te thote, ku zoteruesi i mbetjeve inerte eshte i detyruar ti dorezoje keto mbetje tek opertoret te cilet jane te pajisur me leje mjedisore (III.I), qe ne kete rast operatori ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur licence te tipit C me kodin III.1.A.per stacion transferim e mbetjeve jo te rrezikshme
