Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “SARK” SHPK, për këto arsye: - Per mjetet e paraqitura ne tender, kamioncinen me targe AA644TO dhe Kamionin me targe FR3215D nuk jane paraqitur dokumentet e pronesise te cilat jane kerkuar shprehimisht ne dokumentet e tenderit, tek kriteret e vecanta te kualifikimit, kapaciteti teknik, pika 5. 2. “I.D.K - KONSTRUKSION” & “NIEMI” SHPK, për këto arsye: - Shoqeria IDK KONSTRUKSION nuk disponon licensen NP-12 per punime te inxhinierise se mjedisit, - Shoqeria IDK KONSTRUKSION nuk disponon mjaftueshem mjetet e nevojshme per te kryer 97% te punimeve te parashikuara ne marreveshje pasi nuk disponon mjetin fadrome te kerkuar ne dokumentet standarte te tenderit, kapaciteti teknik. 3. “MILENIUM” SHPK, për këto arsye: - Nuk ploteson kriteret e vecanta te kualifikimit, kapaciteti teknik pika 2 ku kerkohet license e kategorise NP-12 A. Operatori ekonomik nuk disponon licensen e kerkuar per punime te inxhinierise se mjedisit apo licensen NP-12 A. 4. “NIKA”SHPK, për këto arsye: - Per mjetin e paraqitur ne tender FADROME me targe AA673MO nuk eshte paraqitur dokument pronesie. |
