- Ka mungesë dokumentacioni përsa i përket kushtit të vendosur në DST pika 2.3.9, konkretisht mungon Leja Mjedisore III.1.B
- ka mungesë dokumentacioni sipas pikës 2.3.8, konkretisht Autobotit të ujit I
mungon certifikata e transportit lëshuar nga njësia vendore, kriter I kërkuar në DST.
3. “Leon Konstruksion“ shpk, për këto arsye:
- Ka mungesë dokumentacioni përsa i përket kushtit të vendosur në DST pika 2.3.9, konkretisht mungon Leja Mjedisore III.1.B.
- Ka mungesë dokumentacioni sipas pikës 2.3.8, konkretisht Autobitumatrices I mungon leja e transportit lëshuar nga njësia vendore, kriter I kërkuar në DST.
4. “Infinit” shpk &“SIRETA 2F” shpk, për këto arsye:
