neni 127 “Modifikimi i kontratave gjatë afatit të tyre” pika 1 ,gërma b ,si dhe VKM 285 datë
19.05.2021 “Për miratimin e rregullave të prokurimit publik” i ndryshuar ,kreu XIII” Ekzekutimi
dhe mbikqyrja e kontratës “.Modifikimi I marreveshjes kuader eshte i nevojshem per shkak te
rrethanave te paparashikuara nga autoriteti kontraktor dhe sepse furnizimi me dru zjarri nuk mund
te mbulohet nga kontrata fillestare. Duke marre parasysh kerkesen per furnizim me dru zjarri deri
ne perfundim te marreveshjes kuader dhe duke marre parasysh qe per arsye te rritjes se kostove
ekonomike dhe vonesa ne kohe nuk mund te zvendesohet kontraktuesi fillestar dhe te hidhet 1
procedure e re prokurimi,kemi perdorur modifikimin e marreveshjes kuader ne masen 20% te
vleres se kontrates fillestare.
