-Nuk permbush piken 2.3.f te Kapacitetit Teknik, pasi dokumentat e paraqitura nga AGRO - KORANI ne permbushje te ketij kriteri, jane ne gjuhe te huaj
-CURRI nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokumentacion, duke u referuar ndarjes se punimeve, ka marre persiper zerin e preventivit F.V Blir (20 cope).
-Nuk permbush piken 2.3.f te Kapacitetit Teknik, pasi AGRO – KORANI nuk ka paraqitur certifikaten e regjistrimit per torfen.
