- Nuk ploteson kapacitetet teknike per kualifikim.
Ka ofruar vlere me te ulet se vlera minimale e llogaritur sipas VKM 354 date 11.05.2016 “Per
miratimine manualit te tarifavepersherbimene planifikim territori,projektim,mbikqyrje dhe
kolaudim” e cila eshte 2,437,704 leke pa TVSH.
-Nuk ka paraqitur fature tatimore te shitjes.
-Nuk ka paraqitur Certifikate ISO 90001:2015
2. JOKLEN CO shpk, per arsye:
-Nuk i ploteson kapacitetet teknike per kualifikim, pasi nuk ka paraqitur fature tatimore te shitjes dhe ne kete menyre nuk mund te identifikohen zerat e mallrave te furnizuara
Ka ofruar vlere me te ulet se vlera minimale e llogaritur sipas VKM 354 date 11.05.2016 “Per
miratimine manualit te tarifavepersherbimene planifikim territori,projektim,mbikqyrje dhe
kolaudim” e cila eshte 2,437,704 leke pa TVSH.

-Nuk ploteson kerkesat e pergjithshme per kualifikim.
4. VAYA International shpk, per arsye:
-Nuk i ploteson kapacitetet teknike per kualifikim, pasi nuk ka paraqitur fature tatimore te shitjes dhe ne kete menyre nuk mund te identifikohen zerat e mallrave te furnizuara, duke bere te pamundur vleresimin nga KVO nese eshte pune e ngjashme apo jo. |
