Konkretisht në ankesë pretendohet se autoriteti kontraktor Bashkia Berat, e ka mbyllur në SPE procedurën dhe ka kryer hapjen e ofertave, para orarit të caktuar në dokumentat e tenderit, ndaj dhe kërkohet anulimi i saj. Më datë 19.01.2024, Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik, pasi shqyrtoi informacionin e paraqitur vendosi: 1. Të mos pranojë ankesën e operatorit ekonomik “PC STORE” SHPK 2.
