Konstatohet se formulari permbledhes i vetedeklarimit nuk eshte plotesuar sipas kerkesave te nenit 82 te Ligjit 162/2020 ‘’Per Prokurimin Publik’’ dhe nenit 26.2 te VKM nr 285 date 19.05.2021 ‘’Per Prokurimin Publik’’.
Ne perfundim te afateve te ankimimit per kete procedure prokurimi nuk ka pasur ankesa. |
