Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. “BOSHNJAKU.B” Sh.p.k për arsyet e mëposhtme: Oferta e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik me vlere 110,833,100 Leke pa tvsh dhe 155,166,340 Leke me tvsh, ka gabime aritmetike qe e kalon vleren 2% të ofertes ekonomike të ofertuar, konkretisht e shprehur ne perqindje 14,28 %. Nuk ploteson piken 2 te Kerkesave te Pergjithshme per Kualifikim, Operatori ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur nje dokument qe verteton se: a)ka plotesuar detyrimet fiskale,b)ka paguar te gjitha detyrimet e sigurimeve shoqerore, te leshuar nga Administrata Tatimore. Operatori ekonomik nuk ploteson piken 2.2.c te Kerkesave te Vecanta per Kualifikim pasi nuk ka paraqitur vertetim qe te deshmoje se disponon vlere te mjaftueshme monetare per te realizuar objektin e tenderit pa marre paradhenje. Per te vertetuar plotesimin e ketij kushti Operatori Ekonomik duhet te paraqese vertetim nga një ose më shumë banka për gjendjen financiare në vlerë jo më të vogël se 10 % te vleres se fondit limit, të lëshuar jo më pare se 5 (pese) ditë nga dita e hapjes së ofertave.
