Reconstruction of the road Qafe Thore – Theth , Shkoder . The construction period is 10 months. The project aims full reconstruction of Qafe Thore – Theth. This segment is 16 km long and follows another previously reconstructed segment form ADF, Boge – Qafe Thore. The construction services required consist on: road reconstruction, structure construction, safety elements, landscape improvement etc. The road reconstruction will increase surrounding asset value, ease area access and mobility for local habitants and accessibility to the castle by tourists. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB), Small Works (Two-Envelope Bidding Process) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers July 2016 ( Procurement Regulations ), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations |
